Reservations Terms & Conditions

While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of all information, The Park Plaza Belfast does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to rescind this reservation if the rate booked is determined by Park Plaza Belfast to be erroneous due to a clerical, technical or other error. Upon discovery of an error, Park Plaza Belfast will make every attempt to contact the guests affected in a reasonable timeframe, disclose the error, and may subsequently cancel the reservation(s) in question. All rates are quoted subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and may be subject to a minimum nights stay.

Guarantee Policy: A Credit card is required to guarantee this booking. Should the card used for guarantee not be present when checking in then the guest must supply another means of payment at this time. Please note that upon check-in, the hotel may require an additional credit card Pre Authorization for various amounts as an incidentals guarantee, or a cash deposit to the same value per day. Pre authorizations taken on your credit or debit card may hold your funds for up to ten working days, depending on your financial institution.

Advance Purchase Rates: Full prepayment is required at the time of booking for this rate. The card supplied for the booking will be charged the full amount and this payment is non refundable and non transferable. The booking is non changeable i.e. rates; dates or room types may not be amended in any way. The booking payment will show as ‘Park Plaza Belfast’ on your card statement. If Park Plaza Belfast fails to receive payment from a card at the time of booking then the booking will be deemed Null & Void and the booking cancelled, an email stating this will be sent to the email provided at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: Should you wish to cancel a reservation prior to your arrival, the Park Plaza Belfast has a strict policy of 24 hours notice. In the event of the Park Plaza Belfast not being notified of a cancellation the first night’s accommodation will automatically be charged to the card supplied at time of booking. Please note that a booking is only cancelled once you have been issued with a cancellation number, which you should retain for your records. Cancellation, at any time, of a prepaid ‘Advanced Purchase Rate’ booking is non refundable and non transferable. The property reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event a guest departs earlier than the original departure date.

Smoking Policy: Please be aware that under The Smoking (Northern Ireland) Order 2006, Article 3 paragraph (2), 98% of bedrooms in this Hotel are designated as non smoking rooms and it is an offence to smoke in these rooms. A fixed penalty of £100 will be charged to anyone found to be smoking in a non smoking room. If you believe your room has been smoked in by a previous guest please inform Reception ASAP. Should you require a smoking room please inform Reception on check-in who will try to accommodate your request.

Check in Policy: The room is available from 14:00

Check out Policy: The room must be vacated by 12:00 at the latest. Late checkout fees may apply.

Children Policy: Accommodation is free for 1 child less than 12 years old sharing with parents in the room type booked; no additional bed will be supplied. Baby cots are available and should be requested prior to arrival to guarantee availability.
